Webster University's Student Section of the Audio Engineering Society is a highly active chapter of the international trade organization.  We are student-run, and host a number of events throughout the year focusing on all aspects of the audio industry.

The Central Region Audio Student Summit takes place each spring on Webster University's home campus in Webster Groves.  The event brings together hundreds of audio professionals, students, and enthusiasts from around the world for three days of education and interaction from within the field.  The 9th Annual Central Region Audio Student will take place March 27th-29th.

We were honored to welcome both Dr. Sean Olive (Director of Acoustic Research at Harman International and President of the AES) and Producer/Engineer Ken Scott (The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Elton John, Duran Duran, the Jeff Beck Group, and more) to the 8th Annual Central Region Audio Student Summit last spring.  Click to view a selection of their presentations, and see why the Central Region Audio Student Summit continues to grow and provide those involved with an invaluable experience each year.
